《网友世界》（半月刊）创刊于2002年，是由中国科学技术协会主管的国家级中文科技期刊，主要发表计算机、软件、自动化、科技、教育、文化、艺术、信息、技术类文章。宗旨：普及电脑应用，推广IT信息技术，让读者学会将电脑融入工作和生活中，用电脑提高工作效率，提升生活质量，为提高全民的信息素质，加速全民信息化服务。

"The world" (Bimonthly) was founded in 2002, is by the national Chinese journalsChinese science and Technology Association director, main computer, software,automation, published in science and technology, education, culture, art,information, technical articles. Purpose: the popularization of computerapplication, popularization of IT information technology, let the reader will learncomputer integration of work and life, improve work efficiency with computer,improving the quality of life, in order to improve the information quality of the people, to accelerate the informatization service.

《网友世界》本刊坚持为社会主义服务的方向，坚持以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导，贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”和“古为今用、洋为中用”的方针，坚持实事求是、理论与实际相结合的严谨学风，传播先进的科学文化知识，弘扬民族优秀科学文化，促进国际科学文化交流，探索防灾科技教育、教学及管理诸方面的规律，活跃教学与科研的学术风气，为教学与科研服务。
